The Brothers, the houses and the Provinces of the Institute, although dispersed throughout the world, form a single family” (C 217).
“All the houses of the Institute form a single family, dispersed by the demands of the service of God, but united by the bonds of charity, by the same spirit, the same spirituality and the same mission of the Institute. A Province is the group of houses which, canonically erected, under the authority of the same Superior, forms an immediate part of the Institute” (C 187)
Throughout history, the Institute has been adapting its canonical and geographical distribution to the circumstances of the times. Since November 1, 2022, the Institute is organized into the following Provinces :

General Administration: The Communities of Rome and Angola and the Spiritual Center of Belley.
Province Our Lady of Loreto - Saint Anne: France, Italy, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Benin and Ghana.
Province Our Lady of Hope: Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.
